A Recap. As Blueberry Africa celebrated its 4th anniversary, we were beyond excited to hit the road with our team of producers for the first edition of the Blueberry Podcast Workshop, dubbed The Business of Podcasting 🎙️.
We kicked things off in London on 17th September, followed by Cape Town on 15th October, and wrapped up in Pretoria on 17th October. This workshop was designed to dive deep into the ins and outs of creating a successful podcast. We covered everything from production to content creation, audience engagement, and monetization strategies. Our goal was to empower podcasters with the skills they need to launch and grow their podcasts, from developing their concept to building an audience.
